  Dave & AJ Tracey single "Thiago Silva" has finally gone Platinum in the official UK charts. The cover was designed by Smilo and this is the artist's third plaque having already achieved Silver and Gold.

Smilo started the year 2020 collaborating with UK social marketing agency Vamp for the anticipated release of the movie Queen and Slim featuring Daniel Kaluuya & Jodie Smith. The goal was to recreate the movie cover nine times featuring some of UK hottest Instagram  influencers such as @dontjealousme @Sherlinanym @cassiex1x @_shannonnicole.

Smilo met up with the D Block Europe duo Young Adz & Dirtbike LB in November 2019 at their Birmingham show which was part of their Sold OUT Europe tour PTSD. The trio spoke about artistry in both music and painting and revealed they were both big fans of each other’s work. Smilo presented them both with a personal painting each as a gift and they returned the favour with an amazing show which Smilo described as one of the best shows he has ever been to thus far.  

Smilo’s style has gravitated into the UK music industry creating major collaborations with stars such as Dave & AJ Tracey by designing their art cover for the single  “Thiago Silva” which went on to achieve Gold Brit certification in the UK music charts.
